【摘要】:ThispartofEN474dealswithallspecificsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttowheelandcrawlercrawlerscrapersexcepttowedscrapersasdefinedinENISO6165-2006,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).TherequirementsofthispartarecomplementarytothecommonrequirementsformulatedinEN474-1-2006.ThispartdoesnotrepeattherequirementsfromEN474-1-2006,butaddsorreplacestherequirementsforapplicationforscrapers.Thispartspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsduringcommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofscrapers.TheEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletoscrapersmanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
