【摘要】:ThistechnicalspecificationwhichispartoftheIEC60870-5seriesdescribestestcasesforconformancetestingoftelecontrolequipment,SubstationAutomationSystems[SAS]andtelecontrolsystems,includingfront-endfunctionsofSCADA.TheuseofthispartofIEC60870facilitatesinteroperabilitybyprovidingastandardmethodoftestingprotocolimplementations,butitdoesnotguaranteeinteroperabilityofdevices.Itisexpectedthatusingthisspecificationduringtestingwillminimizetheriskofnoninteroperability.ThegoalofthispartofIEC60870istoenableunambiguousandstandardisedevaluationofIEC60870-5companionstandardprotocolimplementations.TheguidelinesandconditionsforthetestingenvironmentaredescribedinIEC60870-5-6.Thedetailedtestcasespercompanionstandard,containingamongothersmandatoryandoptionalmandatorytestcasesperBasicApplicationFunction,ASDUandtransmissionprocedure,willbecomeavailableasatechnicalspecification(TS).OtherfunctionalitymayneedadditionaltestcasesbutthisisoutsidethescopeofthispartofIEC60870.Forpropertesting,itisrecommendedtodefinetheseadditionaltestcases.ThisdocumentissuchaTechnicalSpecificationforthementionedcompanionstandard.ThispartofIEC60870dealsmainlywithcommunicationconformancetesting;thereforeotherrequirements,suchassafetyorEMCarenotcovered.Theserequirementsarecoveredbyotherstandards(ifapplicable)andtheproofofcomplianceforthesetopicsisdoneaccordingtothesestandards.
