【摘要】:ThisInternationalTechnicalReportisanaidtounderstandingthebasicconceptsofnoisecontrolinmachineryandequipment.Therecommendedpracticepresentedhereisintendedtoassistthedesigneratanydesignstagetocontrolthenoiseofthefinalproduct.Methodicaldevelopmentofproductswaschosenasabasisforthestructureofthisdocument(seeClause4).ThelistofdesignrulesgiveninthisInternationalTechnicalReportisnotexhaustive.Othertechnicalmeasuresforreducingnoiseatthedesignstagemaybeusediftheirefficacyisidenticalorhigher.TosolveproblemsgoingbeyondthescopeofthisInternationalTechnicalReport,thedesignercanrefertothebibliographyinAnnexD,whichpresentsthegeneralstateofacoustichandbooksatthetimeofpublication.Furthermore,referenceismadetothenumeroustechnicalpublicationsdealingwithacousticalproblems.
